In this article, we’ll outline the BODi cost by country and by membership. These prices have been updated as of July 2024. We’ve also included a November update with expected changes for January 1st.
If you’ve been around for a bit, DVDs and Beachbody On Demand have been phased out. Now, it’s BODi by Beachbody, which is everything you always had, plus interactive workout components and included nutrition programs.
Plus, if you don’t want to pay for the subscription, now you can buy individual programs (we love this because we only love a handful of programs. More on that below.
So, how much is BODi by Beachbody?

This fitness and nutrition monster has been the industry leader since 1998. A lot has changed. From DVDs to Beachbody On Demand online streaming to now BODi.
Even with the new changes and brand name BODi, the same library is included, plus continued, new program releases quarterly and more interactive programs like Super Blocks, BODi Blocks, and live classes.
Now there are more than 1,000 classes in the BODi library, spanning from weightlifting to cycling to yoga (check out our full BODi Review here).
But, despite all of these changes, the price hasn’t changed much since we began in 2008 with Beachbody, for either the online library subscription or Shakeology. Especially if you can catch one of their many sales throughout the year, which seem to happen every few weeks.

2025 Update:
We’re doing our best to keep this article up to date, but in the last year, BODi (Formerly Beachbody) and now BODi by Beachbody has gone through a dizzying number of changes. The biggest change is yet to come on January 1st when they roll all their businesses into BODi.com.
Until then, please leave a comment if you have a pricing or product question and we’ll do our best to help out. If you’re looking for accountability, you can still join our BODgroup. This feature should continue even though BODi Partners/Coaches will be dismissed.

What is BODi?
Similar to other online streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, you buy a membership to BODi to access a whole library of fitness programs, nutrition tools, and workouts.
With a BODi membership (formerly Beachbody On Demand), these can then be streamed on your phone, computer, tablet, or smart TV.
All the workout programs from Beachbody On Demand were rolled into BODi. A few of our favorite workout programs on BODi are P90X3 with Tony Horton, 21 Day Fix with Autumn Calabrese, LIIFT4 with Joel Freeman, and Insanity Max:30 with Shaun T.
Here is what’s included in a BODi membership:
- All former programs, like the classics P90X and 21 Day Fix
- New workout programs released every quarter
- Daily, live classes (mostly for cycling)
- Super Blocks and BODi Blocks (seasonal/monthly workout calendars where you join and commit to with others)
- Access to nutrition programs 2B Mindset and Portion Fix
- Access to mindset, motivational, and meditation series
- A free coach/BODi partner (like us), to help you with questions and guide you to the best workouts.

BODi Membership Options
Again, some of this info might be correct. BODi is changing constantly.
There are several membership options with BODi that span from 1-month to 3-years. They all have a 30-day money-back guarantee EXCEPT the 3-month subscription plan, because that one includes a 2-week free trial.
You can also test drive these free BODi workouts. This is nice to do to narrow down your best BODi workout, before starting the program as a free trial.
Note that, currently, BODi can only be purchased by those with a billing address in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and France.
Does that mean you can only access BODi in four countries? No.
We have streamed BODi in China, Indonesia, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, and Costa Rica, to name a few places we’ve worked out in the past few years.
However, you do need to purchase the BODi membership with a credit card that has a billing address in the US, Canada, UK, or France (so ask a relative or friend if you need to!). At least as of July 2024.
If you have a current Beachbody On Demand membership, you will be upgraded to BODi on your renewal date, and you will be charged the new BODi prices.

The 12-Month Membership is the most popular that we’ve seen, although the 3-year subscription offers the best value if you’re ready to commit.
For those of you interested in testing the waters, the 2-week free trial is included in the 3-Month Membership. You’ll be billed on Day 15. Every other membership bills on Day 1.
Canada – BODi Membership Options

12-Months: $215 CAD ($17.92/month)

What happened to Beachbody On Demand?
In March 2023, Beachbody On Demand became BODi. Everything that was in BOD is now included in BODi. Say goodbye to Beachbody and hello to BODi.
For reference, BOD used to cost $119 USD annually, so the price increased $60/year or $5/month. Not bad considering all the upgrades to BODi and also considering that Beachbody On Demand barely increased pricing since it began about ten years ago.
What else do you get with BODi?
Included in BODi are live and on-demand classes in a virtual studio studio setting.
With BODi, you have a selection of live classes going on that day to join – and you can actually join and share your own video feed (referred to as a BODcast).
You’ll be able to see everyone else who is working out live alongside you, and your video might even be featured on the screen. It’s pretty cool.
In addition to this new virtual studio feel, BODi includes monthly workout “Blocks.” You opt in to join these and follow a new workout every day with thousands of others. The BODi Blocks and Super Blocks have several themes, like weight lifting or yoga/barre.
Lastly, BODi includes two incredibly comprehensive nutrition programs (2B Mindset and Portion Fix) and mindset content. We’ve been using BODi for over a year now and the platform offers way more than BOD.
Bundle Options
In addition to the above BODi prices, there are several value bundle options as well, formerly known as “Total-Solution Packs.”
These typically pair a 12-month subscription of BODi with a month’s supply of Shakeology (superfood protein shake) or supplements (such as Recover) at a discounted, bundled rate.
According to BODi, the most popular Total-Solutions Pack is the “BODi + Shakeology Monthly Pack,” which includes
- 12-month subscription to BODi
- 20-day supply of Shakeology
- 20-day supply of Energize
- Free access to the new Super Block

The price for that bundle is $219 USD and would typically be $360.80 for everything sold separately.

Included in the BODi cost, you now have access to the full online library of workout programs, nutrition courses (two ‘diets’ to end dieting forever), and motivational personal development content.

If I choose a total solutions pack but then decide the suppliments aren’t for me after the first month can I cancel the subscription for just the suppliments and still keep the on demand subscription? Will I be charged extra for the BOD subscription after canceling the suppliments?

I have been a BB customer for years and would like it to stay the same. BOD is what I have been doing and don’t want to change to BODI. Is this at all possible?
Hey, good question. No, this in not at all possible. Once your BOD membership is up for renewal, you will be automatically upgraded to BODi. A month before your renewal, you will get a free trial of BODi.
I am right there with you. Currently, BOD does everything I want it to do. But, honestly, back when BOD was announced I thought the DVDs were everything I could ever want. Frankly, online workout platforms are old news and mainstream. I just saw yesterday that Nike is offering extremely professional workouts on Netflix.
Beachbody (Now BODi) has always been about not just the most effective and structured workout programs, but an accountability and support system to ensure consistency. If you’re beyond your first 30-days, which is where they offer the 100% money-back guarantee, then no, there is no refund for your remaining balance.
If you click “Cancel Future Billings” you would continue to have access to BODi until the end of your subscription time. If instead you click “Cancel Now” you would lose access immediately with no refund if outside those first 30-days.
