At-home workouts is the number 1 fitness trend in 2021. That’s no surprise given the pandemic. However, not all workouts are created equal.

For your food, a deficiency of 200 calories per day equals 20 pounds lost in a year. For your workouts, the same is true. 

An additional 200 calories burned per day from a challenging workout also add up to 20 pounds lost in a year.

In one experiment we did, two Beachbody BOD workouts burned significantly more calories than other traditional workouts like the exercise bike and treadmill.

This is a really simple option and links to free Beachbody On Demand workouts Vimeo are listed below. The only downside is, there are fewer free workouts on Vimeo compared to the next option.

Option #2. Create a free account for limited access to Beachbody On Demand

Is Beachbody free? No, it’s not. The Beachbody On Demand cost by membership and by country is outlined in this article.

Is a free account free? Actually, yes it is. You don’t even need to provide credit card information.

Creating a free account for Beachbody On Demand is the best option since you have access to more free workouts. Also, if you do intend to buy a membership eventually, it’s beneficial to try the Beachbody On Demand app and platform.

The process is simple and you’ll only need to enter the below information.

If you don’t live in one of the listed countries, it doesn’t matter. For the free Beachbody workouts you can just select one of them.

However, if you decide to buy Beachbody On Demand (or start your free 14-day trial), you (or someone you know) must have a billing address in Canada, France, United States, or United Kingdom.

Right up there with Tony Horton (creator of P90X), Shaun T is one of Beachbody’s most famous and talented trainers. His programs are brutally hard, short, require almost no equipment, and deliver incredible results.

Both Focus 25 and Insanity Max:30 made our list of the Best Beachbody Workouts as the “Best Cardio for Weight Loss and Getting Ripped.”

If you want to run faster and more pain-free, this is the perfect workout to train for a 5K.

So, there you go, you have access to all of the free Beachbody workouts currently available online.

After working out with Beachbody for a combined 20 years, we’ve done nearly all of the Beachbody programs available, and have heard feedback on all of them from our team.

While the free workouts are amazing, there are two problems. 

1. An individual workout is not a workout plan. 

You can’t just repeat the same workouts over and over or you’ll plateau, get bored, or injure yourself.

Additionally, you can’t pick and chose individual workouts to create your own plan. Why? Because your brain is wired to do workouts you like. Therefore, they’re workouts that you’re good at or are easy rather than workouts that will get you the best results. 

To achieve the best results working out at home, follow the full Beachbody program calendars. They’re designed by professional trainers and a team of sports scientists who know what you need to get results.  

2. There are no sample workouts for many of the best BOD programs.

The two workout programs and trainers that put Beachbody on the map are P90X by Tony Horton and Insanity by Shaun T. But, since these programs are from back in the DVD days, there are no sample workouts available to stream online.

As of now, you can’t sample all the Beachbody programs. Unfortunately, workouts from many of the best and most proven programs are not included in this article. 

However, you can get unlimited access to BOD through a 14-day free trial.
